We currently do not accept insurance plans for payment. When using insurance for mental health treatment, the insurance company, not the client, gains control over key decisions. They dictate the number of sessions allowed, the type of treatment covered, and often require a diagnosis that stays on record. This limits flexibility and personal choice in the healing process.
By opting for private pay, you get to use credit, debit, or venmo to pay the fee for your services. This way you retain full ownership of your care—choosing the frequency, duration, and type of therapy that best fits your needs, without third-party restrictions. Your healing journey should be guided by you and your therapist.
We are able to provide a basic summary of services to submit to your insurance if you would like to request a reimbursement.
